VALiNTRY Services today announced it has been ranked number 116 on Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Best Startup Employers for 2020. The firm ranked #3 in Florida, #1 in Tennessee, and #6 in Texas while taking the #1 spot for Technology firms in all three states in which it has a presence. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on March 10, 2020 and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.

VALiNTRY’s chief executive officer, Daryl Dixon, credits the company’s adherence to its values, specifically putting people first, as the primary catalyst for the company’s ranking. He said, “We believe that technology, when applied responsibly, creates jobs, drives profitability and improves the state of the world. At VALiNTRY, we are fueled by technology and driven by people who are inspired by the unique mission of our clients. Our dedication to these beliefs helps us deliver powerful Salesforce solutions and the best talent to our Technology and CPA clients every day. It is truly an honor for our values and efforts to be recognized by Forbes through our inclusion in the inaugural Best Startup Employers list.”

Forbes and Statista analyzed more than 7 million data points to identify the top Startup employers. In particular, three aspects of each company were assessed during the evaluation: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
